Clients

After you log in to your reseller account, you will automatically be brought to the “Clients list” page. Here you can see a list of your current clients. On this page you are also able to add new clients and activate licenses for existing clients.

As seen above the “Clients list” shows you your clients and their pertinent subscription data.

Add a new client
In order to add a new client, click on the “Add client” button and enter the client details.

Please note that as a reseller you can only enter this data once, after this only the client himself will be able to edit it. So be very cautious about giving the correct email address! If the email for the account activation is sent to the wrong email address this cannot be corrected and a new client profile has to be set up.

On the bottom right you can select what license(s) you want to assign to a client.
