A TourDash reseller account is registered under a single email address. This is the same for both TIPs and Agencies. To be able to work with several people in one account, the reseller can create managers. These managers work from the same account and may optionally also perform payments (for purchasing licenses).
Add new manager
On the “Managers” page you can create managers by clicking on the green “Add new manager” button.
After entering the requested information your manager receives a TourDash invitation by mail. When logged in the manager is able to change his password (see here how).
When one or more managers are created you can manage these accounts by editing them (click on the pencil) or removing them (the red ‘x’).
